I’m excited to share that we’re doing something a little different for First Friday Artwalk in honor of spooky season!
As many of you know, Artwalk takes place on the first Friday of every month. For Friday, October 3rd (6–9 PM), we’re putting a fun twist on it — and we want YOU to be part of it!
Here’s the plan:
- We’re inviting EPs to set up a spooky table or station — think “trick-or-treat” style!
- You don’t have to be an EP to participate, so feel free to invite your family and friends to join you. If they are not an EP, when you sign up, please let us know their names.
- You can set up a table on your own, as a team, or even with your business/organization. If you know of a business that would like to be part of this, please send them our way!
- Patrons will have the chance to vote for their favorite spooky tables and booths. Winners will receive a prize, and all EPs will earn volunteer hours for taking part.

- Sign-ups are available on EP Online (see attached document for the full plan).

Set-up begins earlier in the evening — decorate your space however you’d like!
- Let us know your themes!
- You provide the decorations; we’ll provide the candy. (If you need specific candy for your theme, just let us know.)
- Costumes are encouraged — let’s make it fun and festive!
