Arrival Time: 5:45 PM (timely arrival is essential for seating; early arrival is welcomed)
Recording Starts: 6:00 PM
• There will be a short intermission

• (please allow flexibility as the session may run until 9:00 PM)
As this is a live recording, attendees must stay for the entire session.

Since this is a live recording, we have a few important guidelines:
• NO personal photos of in kind in the theatre.
• This is a no-sound event. You are attending as a guest (not working), but we must remain completely silent to ensure we capture the best footage—cameras pick up even the slightest sounds.
• Dress Code: You do not have to wear black and white, but please avoid clothing with logos or graphic t-shirts.
• Concessions: Available for purchase during breaks.

• Volunteer Hours: As a thank-you for being part of this special night, we will be adding volunteer hours for your time!
